Rihanna’s Battered & Beaten Face

The media and fans like us are shocked by the news of Chris Brown allegedly assaulting his pop-star girlfriend Rihanna.

Looking at the battered face of Rihanna whose is just 21 years reminds me of the many women who are exploited and beaten up by their boyfriends or husbands. Many of them just reluctant to seek help or voice their fears.

In my opinion Rihanna should step forward and make a stand against abuse by men, be it Chris Brown or any other celebrity or a common man. Perhaps start a help group or society where such battered and abused women can seek help and advice.

I wouldnt be wrong if am to say this is just a repetition of the movie 'Sleeping with the Enemy' where Julia Roberts AKA 'Laura' is beaten day in and day out by her husband in their 4 years of marriage.

So dear Rihanna, my advice would be 'do not be a real life Julia Roberts as in Sleeping with the Enemy'.
